Job description
JRI Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Operating Partner to lead one of its Freddy’s and JRI branded locations. You will coach and develop team members, manage performance, and uphold hospitality standards while driving revenue and profitability.
You will hire and train staff, set the tone for daily operations, and ensure guest satisfaction across days, nights, and weekends. The role requires leadership, communication, and a drive to grow with the brand.
