Job description
Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, operated by JRI Hospitality, is seeking a Restaurant Operating Partner to lead daily restaurant operations, hire and develop staff, and drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You will model Freddy’s hospitality and ensure cleanliness and safety, while mentoring team members and managers.
The role requires prior restaurant/hospitality management experience, strong communication, and the ability to work varying hours, including weekends.
