Job description

Murphy Family Restaurants is seeking a Department Manager to lead shifts and directly support the General Manager in Southeast Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. You will help manage store operations, coach crew and managers, and ensure guest satisfaction with consistent service.

This role requires 1–3 years of quick service restaurant management, open availability (any day, any shift) and an average 48-hour week with 3 ten-hour shifts and 2 nine-hour shifts.
