Job description
Buffalo Wild Wings in Forsyth, IL is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the leadership team and help run the playbook across floor, kitchen, and bar shifts. You’ll drive operational excellence, develop teams, and ensure a high-energy guest experience with great food, service, and vibes.
You’ll coach and develop team members, manage daily operations, and lead by example in a fast-paced setting. Minimum 2 years of restaurant/retail management experience and a high school diploma required.
