Job description
Watertown Arby's in Watertown, NY is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations. This role helps oversee staffing, scheduling, and shift execution to ensure smooth service.
You will coach and develop team members, uphold food safety and cleanliness standards, manage inventory and costs, address guest concerns, and step in as Manager-on-Duty when needed.
