Job description
Grand Sierra Resort in Reno is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations of the hotel dining outlet. You will partner with the General Manager of the restaurant to ensure policies are followed, drive profitability, and maintain high standards of food quality and guest service.
Responsibilities include training program development, scheduling optimization, safety compliance, budgeting, and performance reviews.
