Kona Grill Bistro - Baltimore is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of 15–25, drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction inside the four walls of the restaurant. You will balance front-line leadership with back‑of‑house oversight, coach in real time, and set daily excellence standards.
This hands‑on role requires strong financial oversight, scheduling, and staff development to deliver outstanding dining experiences and maintain Kona Grill’s renowned vibe in Baltimore.
