Job description
Whataburger is seeking an Operating Partner to lead restaurant teams across multiple NM locations, including Clovis, Hobbs, Taos, Carlsbad, and Alamogordo. You'll coach managers, oversee hiring, training, and promotions, and drive daily operations with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.
This role requires 3+ years of restaurant leadership, a hands-on approach, and the ability to manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and profitability.
