Job description
Dairy Queen in Albany, TX is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee the entire operation, including financial performance, production, inventory, personnel, sales and marketing, and to ensure compliance with owner and franchisor guidelines.
You will lead guest service to company standards, handle customer complaints promptly, work with local chamber and schools to boost sales, and train and develop managers and staff through performance reviews and ongoing feedback.
