Job description
Local Favorite Restaurants in Weatherford, TX is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the Management Team and uphold the Company’s Core Values. The role focuses on systems, guest count/value, people, and EBITDA to maintain restaurant consistency.
You will direct operations, coach front and back of house teams, implement process improvements, and ensure brand standards, food safety, and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
