Job description
Torchy’s is looking for an Assistant Managing Partner to lead BOH and FOH operations, uphold top-notch food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction, and engage with the local community. You will drive food-cost controls, staff development, and shift leadership in a fast-paced environment.
You will mentor teams, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards, with a strong emphasis on guest experience and continuous improvement.
