Job description
Crema Gourmet in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Store Manager to run the restaurant's front and back of house. You will lead and coach the team, own scheduling and standards, hit numbers, and make decisions that keep guests coming back.
You have 2+ years of restaurant leadership, are calm, organized and people-first, and you are comfortable owning P&L and KPIs with open weekend availability.
