Job description
Torchy’s Tacos Rogers is seeking an Assistant Managing Partner to lead both BOH and FOH operations and uphold our high standards of food quality, safety, cleanliness, hospitality, and community engagement. You will develop team members to achieve excellence in a fast-paced environment.
You will manage kitchen operations, food quality, guest experience, local store marketing, and staffing while focusing on financial accountability and continuous improvement.
