Job description
Crema Gourmet in Miami Beach is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead the restaurant end to end. You will train and coach the team, manage scheduling and standards, and drive guest satisfaction.
You will own daily operations, hit sales and labor targets, and make judgments that keep guests returning. Hospitality leadership often starts behind the bar, and this role grows leadership through example.
