Job description
shamrocktbc is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee a Taco Bell franchise, building a strong team and delivering great food and a friendly experience.
You will hire and develop Team Members and Shift Leads, conduct orientation, and develop training plans for new hires, while scheduling staff and addressing performance issues. You’ll also manage the restaurant budget and financial plans to drive profitability.
