Job description
Pollo Tropical in Fort Myers, FL, is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to prepare for leadership roles in restaurant operations. The MIT will gain hands‑on experience in food safety, guest service, labor management, and team development, partnering with senior leaders to drive operational excellence.
This role leads a 25+ team, conducts daily huddles, assists with scheduling, inventory, payroll, and coaching, and participates in hiring, onboarding and training of future leaders.
