Job description
Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations in Texas. You will drive financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales and marketing, while ensuring adherence to owner and franchisor guidelines.
You will lead a team, set performance expectations, conduct reviews, and maintain guest satisfaction by delivering quality, value and service in alignment with company standards.
