Job description
The General Manager is responsible for all restaurant activities, ensuring service excellence, staff leadership, and adherence to policies while driving financial results. You will recruit and develop managers and hourly staff, manage scheduling and labor, controls costs, and sustain a safe, clean environment.
Eligible candidates have 2–4 years supervisory food service experience and a high school diploma, with college degree preferred. This is a full-time on-site role in a fast-paced setting.
