Job description
Hardee’s is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in directing daily restaurant operations. You will help select and train top talent, drive customer service excellence, and uphold brand standards across food prep, delivery, and safety.
As AGM, you will supervise shifts, manage schedules, and coach teams to meet profitability and guest satisfaction goals. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a focus on continuous improvement.
