Job description
Pancheros Mexican Grill is seeking a hands-on General Manager to supervise a single restaurant, ensuring adherence to brand standards, guest satisfaction, and safe, efficient operations.
You will lead 3–10 staff per shift, manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance, oversee food quality and sanitation, control costs, and drive community presence and financial accountability.
