Job description
Franchise Restaurant Concept Group in Rapid City, SD is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, drive sales, profitability, and guest experience, and develop a high-performing team. The GM is fully accountable for performance, safety, and compliance with company standards.
You will own the P&L, manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations, and implement corporate initiatives while maintaining exceptional guest service.
