Fresquez Concessions Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Business Performance to lead performance across 20+ restaurants in NM, TX, and CO. This role partners with senior leaders to drive profitability, guest experience, and operational excellence.
You will develop strategies, manage KPIs, and mentor Directors of Operations and General Managers while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
