Job description
Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee's. Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, drive sales growth, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness with profitability in mind.
You will supervise shifts, train crew, manage labor costs, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
