Job DescriptionPoke N Go is a fast-casual restaurant in Jupiter serving build-your-own poke bowls, ramen, and boba teas made with high-quality, fresh ingredients. We‘re growing, and we‘re looking for a Shift Leader to help run the floor and develop alongside our management team.
About the Role
As Shift Leader, you‘ll be leading a small team of 3–6, keeping service moving during rushes, and making sure every guest leaves happy. You‘ll work directly with the Manager and have a clear path to expanded responsibility as we grow.
What You‘ll Do
Lead and motivate the team during your shift, setting the pace for service and quality
Open or close the restaurant, including cash handling, daily reports, and securing the building
Coach team members on prep standards, recipes, and guest service
Step in on the line, register, or boba bar wherever the team needs support
Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
Monitor food quality, portioning, and cleanliness throughout the shift
Manage prep lists, inventory counts, and end-of-shift checklists
Enforce food safety and sanitation standards in line with Florida health code
What We‘re Looking For
1+ year of restaurant experience (fast-casual or QSR strongly preferred)
Prior shift lead, key holder, or supervisor experience is a plus
Calm under pressure and able to manage a busy lunch or dinner rush
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable holding teammates to the same standard
Available evenings and weekends
Florida Food Handler certification (or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire — a state requirement)
ServSafe Manager certification is a plus
Must be able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs
