Fricker’s USA, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in our lively, family-friendly sports bar. This role oversees front- and back-of-house, ensuring consistent, high-quality food, drinks, and guest service. Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, and coaching team members; managing inventory, ordering, and vendor relations; monitoring cost controls and basic P&L; and maintaining cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
