Job description
Crema Gourmet in West Palm Beach is seeking a Store Manager to lead the restaurant end-to-end. You’ll supervise front and back-of-house operations, coach the team, own scheduling and standards, and make timely calls that keep guests returning.
You’ll drive sales, manage labor and costs, and create a welcoming, second-home experience for every guest. Open availability including weekends is required, with a proven track record in restaurant leadership.
