Job description
CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to bring our hospitality-driven culture to life in our restaurants. You will lead teams, uphold standards, and collaborate with managers to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, inventory and order placement, cash handling, and training teammates while maintaining food safety and a positive environment across shifts.
