Job description
The NGP Management Scrivanos Network is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Dunkin team in Vermont. You will assist the Restaurant Manager in developing crew and shift leaders, delivering great guest experiences and profitable top-line sales.
You will recruit, onboard, train and supervise staff, ensure safety and brand standards, and help implement action plans to improve guest satisfaction and store performance.
