Job description
CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to help run daily operations in our Dedham, MA location. You will lead the team, ensure hospitality standards, and help deliver a high-quality guest experience.
Responsibilities include opening/closing tasks, inventory checks, ordering, and cash handling, with a focus on food safety and teamwork. Eligible candidates are motivated, service-driven, and committed to CAVA's values.
