Job description
CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to bring its mission to life in our Los Angeles area restaurants. You will lead daily team operations, promote a welcoming service culture, and work with the GM/AGM to meet service standards and guest expectations.
You will coach Team Members, support opening/closing duties, inventory, and cash handling, while maintaining food safety and quality. This is a growth-focused, full-time role at CAVA.
