Job description
This Is It! Southern Kitchen & BBQ is seeking an Operations Support role to help train staff, supervise tasks, and maintain service standards in a high-volume restaurant environment.
The candidate will lead by example, ensure quality control, and assist with closing procedures, balance sheets, and daily reporting. Evening/weekend availability is required, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
