Build and Lead Your Restaurant Training Team

We're expanding our training and development function at a high-volume fast casual operation in Albuquerque and need an experienced director to drive it. You'll own everything from onboarding new staff to developing our management pipeline. What We're Looking For
Years of restaurant management or training experience
Proven ability to build and retain strong teams
Deep knowledge of high-volume restaurant operations
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Track record driving operational excellence and consistency
