Job description
Restoration TechnicianWe are looking for an experienced Restoration Technician to join our team! You'll respond to water, fire, mold, and other property damage emergencies—helping restore homes and businesses back to pre-loss condition. This is a field-based role (daily travel within and around the Austin area) requiring reliability, physical endurance, and a commitment to excellent customer service.Responsibilities:Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew chief instructionsInventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each projectMaintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipmentPrepare rooms/areas for work activitiesLeave job site with a clean and orderly appearanceCommunicate openly with crew chief and other techniciansQualifications:High school diploma or GEDPrior experience in restoration, construction, or related field preferredStrong work ethic and positive attitudeValid driver's license and clean driving record requiredIICRC WRT/ASD certifications preferredPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning products/chemicalsAbility to travel locally and out of state when necessaryCompensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
