Restoration TechnicianWe are actively hiring dedicated, hardworking restoration technicians at both the entry level and experienced level. You'll be part of a team that makes a real difference every day.Entry Level Restoration Technician - Experienced Restoration TechnicianNo prior restoration experience required - 1+ years of restoration, remediation, or related field experienceWillingness to learn industry techniques and equipment - Familiarity with water mitigation, drying equipment, or mold remediationTraining provided on the job - Ability to lead or assist on job sites with minimal supervisionWork alongside senior techs on water, fire, and mold jobs - IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.) a plus — not requiredOpportunity to earn IICRC certifications - Prior experience with Xactimate or job documentation a plusIdeal for motivated candidates ready to start a skilled trade career - Strong candidates will be considered for lead tech rolesResponsibilities include:Respond to residential and commercial loss sites for water, fire, smoke, mold, and storm damagePerform water extraction, structural drying, demolition, pack-out, and cleaning as directedSet up, monitor, and document drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers)Follow established safety protocols and wear required PPE at all timesCommunicate clearly with team leads, supervisors, and customers on siteAccurately document job site conditions, readings, and progress using company systemsLoad, unload, and maintain equipment and company vehiclesMaintain a clean, organized job site throughout all phases of the projectBe available for emergency on-call response, including evenings and weekends as neededRequirements include:Pass a criminal background check — required for all positionsPossess a valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)Submit your MVR along with your resume at time of application — applications without MVR will not be reviewedBe physically able to perform demanding work: lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, bending, and working in confined or elevated spacesBe reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up every day ready to workHave a team-first attitude and a strong work ethicPreferred (Not Required):IICRC certification(s): WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, or similarExperience operating restoration equipment (desiccant dehumidifiers, hydroxyl generators, thermal imaging cameras)OSHA 10 or 30 certificationExperience reading moisture maps or using drying softwareGrowth & Certification Opportunities:Company-sponsored IICRC certification training (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, and more)On-the-job mentorship from experienced lead technicians and project managersAdvancement opportunities into Lead Technician, Project Manager, and Estimator rolesOngoing training on new equipment, techniques, and industry standardsA workplace culture that rewards hard work, accountability, and growthTo be considered for either position, please submit the following:Your current resumeA copy of your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) — must be included; applications without MVR will not be reviewed
