This position works a consistent 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift and includes an additional pay differential for working the evening schedule. Communicate with the Crew Chief to ensure customer needs are met and support other production personnel as needed. The Restoration Technician will also assist with maintaining vehicles, equipment, warehouse areas, and workspaces while ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.Work the scheduled 3:00 PM–11:00 PM evening shiftRespond to fire, water, and other restoration service calls as assignedInventory and load work vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each projectMaintain clean, organized work vehicles and equipmentPrepare rooms and affected areas for restoration activitiesSet up staging areas and equipment for each projectPerform production processes according to SERVPRO® guidelines, work orders, and Crew Chief directionMaintain clear two-way communication with Crew Chiefs and other technicians, particularly regarding customer needs and concernsAssist customers professionally and respectfully during potentially stressful situationsPerform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and equipment breakdownLeave each job site clean and orderlyFollow all safety and risk-management guidelines at job sites, in the office, and while travelingAssist with cleaning and maintaining vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas as neededQualificationsEffective verbal communication skillsDependable and able to work a consistent 3:00 PM–11:00 PM scheduleCleaning and/or restoration experience preferredHigh school diploma or GEDIICRC certifications preferredAbility to travel locally and out of state as necessaryAbility to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable lawAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic and willingness to assist wherever neededPhysical & Work Environment RequirementsAbility to regularly lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to walk and stand for extended periodsAbility to drive, sit, climb, bend, push, pull, lift, and carry objects repetitivelyAbility to climb ladders and work at ceiling heightsAbility to work in tight spaces, including crawl spaces underneath buildingsPotential exposure to chemicals and restoration productsAbility to work safely in changing job-site environmentsSchedule & CompensationShift:3:00 PM–11:00 PMPay:Competitive hourly rate plus an evening shift differentialThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who prefers an evening schedule and wants to build a career in the restoration industry while earning additional compensation for working the 3 PM–11 PM shift.
