What Youll Do
As a Restoration Technician, youll work with an experienced team to restore damaged properties.
Your responsibilities will include:
Respond to water, fire, and other property damage emergencies.
Perform water extraction, drying, demolition, cleaning, and restoration work.
Set up, operate, and monitor restoration equipment.
Prepare job sites and maintain clean, organized work areas.
Load, unload, and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and supplies.
Identify and report safety hazards and job site concerns.
Provide professional, respectful customer service.
Work with your team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
What Were Looking For
Valid drivers license.
Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Ability to work on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in restoration, construction, maintenance, demolition, or cleaning is a plus.
IICRC certification is preferred but not required.
Previous restoration experience is not required. Were willing to train the right person!
Physical Requirements
Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Climb ladders, work at heights, and access confined spaces.
Perform repetitive bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
Work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
Safely handle cleaning products, materials, and restoration equipment.
