Complete work orders, daily logs, and job documentation using your phone or tablet. Communicate confidently and professionally with customers on site. Learn new tools, tech, and techniques as we add services. Hold yourself and your teammates to a high bar on quality, safety, and service.What you bring includes a high school diploma or GED. Basic math skills and the ability to follow a process. Comfortable with a smartphone or tablet and basic apps for job documentation. A year of floor or specialty cleaning experience is a plus (think: strip and wax, tile and grout, air duct, upholstery) — but it's not required. We'll train the right person. A strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and pride in doing the job right.Your certification track includes earning IICRC certifications on the job and building real, portable expertise: Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT), Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD), Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS), Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT).Compensation is based on experience and climbs as you add skills and certifications, plus commission and customer tips on top of your hourly pay.
