Come Join Our Team with the Best of the Best!Benefits:Bonus Opportunity401k Retirement PlanShort Term DisabilityMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance (70% paid by PDR)Use of company vehicle to and from jobsPaid Time Off (7 days initially)Paid HolidaysWeekly Pay$20.00 - $30.00 / hr (higher while on-call)Referral ProgramKey Responsibilities (included but not limited to):Structural Mitigation: emergency response to property damages primarily from water, fire, mold, and storm.Contents Mitigation: emergency response to personal property damages primarily from water, fire, mold, and storm.Reconstruction Department assistance as needed.Represent Paul Davis Restoration through the highest level of professionalism and integrity.Assist in all general labor tasks around the shop.Participate in the on-call rotation.Schedule:M-F 8:00AM - 4:30PMOvertime opportunitiesOn-call rotation (1 week / every 4 weeks)Available for catastrophic events and large project needsWeekends when needed or when on callPersonal Improvement:Merit based role advancementMove through our four stages of technician growthRoles: Laborer --> Technician --> Senior Technician --> Lead TechnicianEach role has specific skills that you can master to be eligible for advancement to the next levelAdvancement in role and responsibility equals growth in pay!Requirements:Valid Driver's LicenseClean driving recordReliable vehicle to get to workPass a federal background check with no felonies back to the age of 18Pass initial and random drug tests (including for marijuana)Experience:Restoration experience: preferred but not required (Experience = more Pay)Construction experience: preferred but not requiredMust be able to use basic hand and power tools (hammers, saws, drills, tape measure, etc...)Experience and skill level ties directly into what role you qualify forIICRC Certifications preferred but not required: WRT/ASD, FSRT, OCT, AMRT, TCST, and CDSCome work for the "Best of the Best in Beaver County"!Fun company events"Employee of the month" prizes and awardsOpportunity for growth and advancementPlease apply if you think you have what it takes to serve others and deliver world-class service when others need it the most.
