Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial jobsites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business. Our technicians take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.Responsibilities include:Managing customer satisfaction and representing the brandEffectively performing all aspects of the production processesRegular vehicle and equipment maintenance and organizationWorking with your direct supervisor to ensure team is unified and efficientFollowing all uniform and policy guidelines in line with the Brand Identity GuideAlways leaving jobsites with a clean and orderly appearanceDeveloping production expertise through providing servicesMaintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standardEnsuring clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow techniciansQualifications include:Willingness for continued learning and growthAttention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets and equipmentAptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicatingAwareness and respect for safety, using care and caution with teammates and customersStrength with multitasking and handling deadlinesAbility to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of timeValid driver's license with a clean driving record, as driving to and from job sites and maintaining company vehicles may be requiredCompensation: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour"We Build Careers" - Steve White, President and COOWith over 500 locations across North America and Canada, PuroClean is leading the industry in emergency property restoration services, by helping families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other conditions resulting in property damage.
