It is no surprise why we are a four-time winner of "Best Restoration Specialist" on Long Island, NY.Key ResponsibilitiesPerforms restoration work with a focus on precision, quality, and safetyEnsures all tasks meet or exceed industry standards and NYS compliance regulationsDriving company vehiclesCommunicates proactively with team members, clients, and project managers to ensure clarity and alignmentMaintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all timesTakes ownership of your work, identifying and resolving issues before they impact the clientContinuously seeks ways to improve processes, skills, and the overall client experienceUpholds the company's commitment to urgency, empathy, and integrity on every jobEnsures each project contributes to restoring the property fully and exceeds client expectationsDesired OutcomesProtect the Property - maintain a clean & workspace that enhances the overall outcome of the project and clientBe a leader in delivering smart, and efficient solutions that reflect your craftsmanshipContinuously deliver 5-Star Client ExperiencesEffectively communicate with Project Manager and Clients to help demonstrate UWRG's unique value propositionRequirementsAt least 1 year experience in restoration clean up (water, mold and fire damage) and eager to learn (experience not required)Commercial Motor Vehicle Certification (must be obtained within first 3 months of hire)Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.Exceptional communication (listening, speaking and writing), analytical and organizational skills.Proactive and self-motivated leadership skills and qualitiesFamiliarity with a restoration, construction or insurance-related industry.Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization abilities.Understanding of water, fire, mold, and/or structural restoration processes, preferred.Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation 24/7Ability to work flexible, longer hours during emergency situationsBe part of a rotating on-call schedule including weekends and sometimes holidaysAbility to repeatedly push/pull/lift/carry itemsAbility to work with/around cleaning products/chemicalsCompensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Since 2019, our independently owned & operated Long Island, NY organization has provided valuable and varied services to local home owners, businesses, and property managers.
