This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those affected by water and fire damage while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.Benefits include:401(k)Company carCompetitive salaryDental insuranceHealth insuranceOpportunity for advancementTraining & developmentVision insuranceResponsibilities:Perform water extraction and structural drying using industry-standard equipment.Conduct fire damage restoration and smoke odor removal.Document job progress and maintain accurate records of work performed.Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and understanding of services.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Assist in inventory management and equipment maintenance.Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.Experience in restoration, construction, or a related field preferred.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in physically demanding environments.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.SERVPRO has been serving the Macon community for years, providing top-notch restoration services that customers trust.
