Restoration TechnicianReady 5 Restoration provides 24/7 emergency water, fire, smoke, contents, and mold remediation services across Coastal Florida. We're expanding and looking for a skilled, customer-focused Restoration Technician to join our team.Key ResponsibilitiesWater mitigation, fire, and/or mold remediation workOperate remediation and drying equipment and a Ready5 service vehicleUse mobile devices for job documentationDeliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitudeWork flexible hours, including after-hours emergency responseRequirementsPreferred 2–3 years of experience in mitigation/constructionValid, insurable Florida driver's licenseAbility to lift 50 lbs and work in varied environments (tight spaces, heights, outdoor conditions, fumes—with provided safety gear)Organizational skills and ability to follow detailed instructionsWhat We OfferBenefits and paid vacationOpportunities for advancement in a growing companySupportive, team-oriented culture
