Job description
Restoration TechnicianJoin our team as a Restoration Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in cleaning and restoring apartment spaces. You'll be primarily working in central Minnesota, starting each day at 7:30 AM sharp from our shop. Your tasks will involve cleaning up after apartment fires, scrubbing walls, and performing some demolition work. Occasionally, you will assist with reconstruction efforts.ResponsibilitiesClean and restore apartment units affected by fire damage.Scrub walls and perform demolition as needed.Assist with reconstruction tasks when required.Meet at the shop daily at 7:30 AM to begin assignments.Handle HRA cleanings where apartments have been abandoned.Essential SkillsExperience in general labor and cleaning.Knowledge of restoration techniques.Carpentry skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in reconstruction, flooring, and demolition.Why Work Here?Join a team of good people who value camaraderie and teamwork. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
