Part Time Position2 days/week 8a-4p and Every Other WeekendRestorative Aide Job Summary:Premier Genesee, a leading senior care provider located in Batavia, NY, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Restorative Aide to join our team. As a Restorative Aide, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their optimal outcomes through rehabilitation and restorative care. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.Restorative Aide Responsibilities:Assist with the implementation of restorative care programs, including exercises, activities, and routines designed to promote resident independence and mobilityWork closely with the rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized treatment plansConduct therapy exercises and activities under the supervision of licensed therapistsDocument resident progress and report any changes or concerns to the rehabilitation teamProvide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and ambulatingMaintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and facility policiesRestorative Aide Requirements:Current Certified Nurse Aide Certification in New YorkAbout the Role:As a Restorative Aide at Premier Genesee, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, surrounded by a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
