If you are dedicated and compassionate, WE WANT YOU!What Will You Do in This Role?As a Restorative Aide | CNA, you will be responsible for delivering rehabilitative and therapeutic services as ordered and supervised by licensed medical staff and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. Restorative Aides (CNA) assist residents to achieve or maintain their highest practicable level of ADL function through consistent, structured, and controlled re-teaching and retraining techniques to promote increased participation in activities of daily living.Do You Have What It Takes?A fire and passion for working with seniorsA flexible, fun, and energetic personalityMust have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practicePrior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferredPrior experience as a Restorative Aide in a LTC/SNF requiredProfessional image in both appearance and behaviorExcellent written and oral communication skillsWhy is Tutera THE Employer of Choice?Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is guided by one single purpose: To live the YOUNITE philosophy in every decision, every day.
