Promote Mobility & Function – Help residents with exercises, mobility, and activities of daily living to improve strength and range of motion. Track Resident Progress – Monitor and document residents' improvement and progress in their restorative goals. Provide Therapeutic Activities – Lead or assist in therapeutic exercises and activities to maintain or improve residents' abilities. Collaborate with Nursing & Therapy Teams – Ensure consistent, coordinated care for optimal results. Maintain Accurate Records – Keep clear and up-to-date documentation of care provided and progress made.Qualifications:Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification Previous Experience in Restorative Nursing or Long-Term Care (Preferred). Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills. Ability to Work Independently & as Part of a Team. A Compassionate, Patient-Centered Approach to Care.
