Job description
VA Black Hills Health Care System in Fort Meade, SD, is seeking a Community Living Center Restorative Coordinator Registered Nurse to lead restorative nursing care, assess and enroll Veterans, and set measurable goals. You will monitor progress and collaborate with therapy teams to optimize function.
You will strengthen staff practice through ongoing education and mentoring, advancing evidence-based care while ensuring licensure standards are met and patient safety is prioritized.
