Job description
HealthPro Heritage seeks a Restorative Director for Rockingham County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Brentwood, NH. The role directs restorative nursing, develops care plans, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to enhance residents' functional outcomes.
Qualified candidates hold RN/LPN/PT/OT/PTA/COTA licensure and have at least 2 years in long-term care, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong CMS knowledge and EHR proficiency are desired.
