Join us in our mission to enhance the well-being of our patients and residents while making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.The Restorative Nurse Aide, in collaboration with a licensed nurse and rehabilitation therapy, delivers restorative nursing care to prevent decline and to attain maximum functionality.* Maintain accurate restorative nursing progress documentation records on all patients participating in the restorative program.* Participate in the patient care planning process.* Train other direct care staff in restorative techniques, equipment, and the application of splints, braces, prosthetic appliances, and self-help devices to assure proper application and usage.* Notify nursing and/or rehabilitation therapy of patients who may be experiencing a change in their level of functioning.* Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program is required.* Two years' experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.* Knowledge of restorative nursing philosophy and procedures is required.* Must attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the nursing center in order to maintain certification.Variable compensation plansTuition, Travel, and Wireless Service DiscountsEmployee Assistance Program to support mental healthEmployee Foundation to financially assist through unforeseen hardshipsHealth, Dental, Vision, Company-paid life insurance, 401K, Paid Time OffWe also offer several voluntary insurances such as: Pet Insurance Term and Whole Life Insurance Short-term Disability Hospital Indemnity Personal Accident Critical Illness Cancer Coverage Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.
