Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA/CNA)Skilled Nursing Opportunity – Murphy, NC Position: Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA/CNA) Employment Type: Full-Time Sign-On Bonus: $500 Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA/CNA) to join our skilled nursing team in Murphy, NC. The Restorative Nursing Aide provides restorative nursing services to residents in accordance with individualized Therapy and Nursing Plans of Care.
